  I'm an established patient at the Ellijay location. I called their office at 9:05 a.m. on 08/30/2016. The receptionist answered and immediately placed me on hold. After 6 minutes the call was routed to voicemail. I called back. The same thing happened. I was on hold a total of 12 minutes. I called a third time. This time straight to voicemail where I left a message that I needed to schedule an appointment. An hour and 20 minutes later, I still had not received a call back and I didn't expect to. Such poor customer service is typical of this location. I can no longer trust my health and medical records to people who can't even manage phone calls. I called the Blue Ridge location and was able to schedule an appointment with them immediately via a professional, helpful receptionist. I will never do business at the Ellijay practice again.
